Our Farm

We take great pride in offering you a direct-to-you experience, providing hands-on insight and involvement through the process of sourcing beef and lamb from our farm. Whenever possible, we are devoted to procuring local products, reflecting our passion for supporting our local community.

This gives us the unique opportunity to maintain the highest standards when it comes to breed and type selection. We consider the genetics and history of the animal, ensuring that only the finest products reach your doorstep.

Our commitment extends beyond the end product. At Brooklyn Farm, we embrace our seasonal approach to farming. With limited land, we prioritize the well-being of our stock, ensuring they receive the utmost care. When our stock is available, we proudly offer it under our farm name, 'Brooklyn'.

During periods when our stock is not available, we remain committed to providing you with high-quality products. We partner with local farmers in the area and will introduce them on our website and social media pages, so you can always know the source of our products.

We embrace a traditional approach to customer service; we go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. By choosing our products, not only will you enjoy delicious meals, but you can take pride in directly supporting an Australian family.

Our Farming Practices

There are too many categories out there which can be confusing and you either have to be "one or the other". Our philosophy is simple, we like to balance it out for our animals to ensure they have access to fresh grassy paddocks, but in addition, offer grain and hay in a feed bin so they can freely feast on grass, grain or hay. As the seasons change, so does the quality of fresh grass in the paddocks. Access to shade and fresh clean water is essential for our stock in addition to having TNN animal mineral lick blocks which helps support vitamin and mineral needs.

In the daily management of our stock, we don't use additives or antibiotics in our feed or chemicals on our stock. We do however provide that intervention if a particular animal is poorly and needs extra support as the well-being of our animals is always our priority.

The long term strategy of our farm is to increase our bio-diversity and microbiology in a natural way by using rotational grazing practices and natural fertilizers, whilst avoiding the use of chemicals in our paddocks. Our key focus is always about soil health and animal health and in doing so we ultimately look after our own health. Sometimes we will have to adapt and consider seasonal changes, but our core values will always remain.

Hence, we don't just fit into one category.

Farms We Work With

Damfyne Swine Pork

We are super excited to bring to you the taste sensation that is Damfyne Swine!
The small family owned and operated piggery run by the Goodfellows is located in Moonbi, NSW.
The farm was started by James' grandfather in the late 60's and the family is proud to continue his legacy.
Their passion is producing a true, quality eating pig, using pure bloodlines of breeding pigs to ensure the best quality and sustainability of his product.
The main breeds of pigs consist of Duroc, Hampshire, Landrace and Large White.
The selection of breeds and stock are made with high consideration for taste, moisture and tenderness.
The family are proud to operate with a holistic focus on animal welfare, their environment, and diet, allowing them to produce a consistent, high quality product.
We can certainly feel their passion, and we are sure you will be able to taste it!

We close the gap between the farm and your door so we are able to offer great savings and a great product, with a personal touch.
